Delivery
We deliver to the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley area. Our deliveries are currently routed daily for each municipality, please call or send email to orders@yyoung.com for inquiries.
We are currently updating our Routing map and will be posting our new schedule onto this page, sorry for any inconvenience at this time. Minimum of 3 bottles per delivery location.
- Retail:
Please call or email us for special arrangement of orders. - Home and Offices:
Please leave empty bottles to be picked up outside front door. - Apartments/Condos:
Please leave empties in front of suite. If a secured access is required, please provide FOB, key, or instruct doormen or security to let our driver in to deliver or pick up bottles. - Replacing Empty Bottles:
Driver will pick up the number of empties and replenish them with the same amount of full bottles unless specified differently prior to delivery. (Please give at least 24 hours notice either by phone or email) - Invoicing:
Driver will provide an invoice with the number of bottles ordered and number of empty bottles taken back. If you have prepaid for a certain number of bottles, driver will update and indicate the number of bottles remaining on tab.
Cooler Cleaning
Many customers are not aware that a dirty cooler may not only contaminate your water but can dramatically affect the great taste of your water. We recommend coolers to be cleaned twice a year. Special prior arrangements may be made by us to pick up your cooler and deliver it back to you upon finished cleaning. For more information, check our products page.
